EDLF, Don't get all riled up so early in the holiday weekend. More than likely the official announcement of the meeting will be part of the annual report to be mailed in a few days. ernie, It is completely inappropriate for you to continue with this charade that DCI is having an unannounced or "secret meeting" as their "annual meeting". OBVIOUSLY when an annual meeting of the shareholders is to take place the Company releases such information... how long have you been an investor again? . CC

Ernie, Hello. While this # of a few k has been mentioned in reality it would be in the neighborhood of $500, based on full postage rates, a tad for copying, paper, envelopes etc, hardly an issue. I do agree with you that the PR of late is lacking (IMO that is not the issue), am looking forward to news being sent through proper channels IE the company employees. That said Ernie, would be wonderful to hear from you when the chips are up as well, sorry to see that your "friends" where unable to hang about, we all have our own agenda. ernie, you posted How would the shareholders know about this meeting if it weren't posted here on SI??????I have received nothing in the mail yet. Aren't shareholders supposed to be informed of these meetings.... . Then you posted ...it WOULD be prudent ... to make this meeting an official announcement by contacting shareholders like every other company I am invested seems to do when planning an annual shareholders meeting. . And so on... many folks ... just don't care to read SI(many of whom are invested here) and would had NO idea that a meeting is planned until I mentioned it to them. . What am I missing here folks??? This doesn't add up. (ed. maybe some common sense?) . I do not mean to vent to you but only pet peeve with DCTC is the TOTAL LACK of PR that is going on. To announce the annual shareholder meeting via SI is totally unacceptable to me. . Well as I said when I stated THE OBVIOUS two weeks ago, we WOULD get the annual meeting announcement delivered by the mail. Today I got several copies sent to me by the transfer agents, soliciting my proxy/vote (Wow what an idea, eh ernie?) along with the annual meeting announcement. . Now I would have just written your posts off, as we all have likely written you off, as just being a bad day. (or maybe for you that's a good day, I don't know.) But what bothers me is that these notices started hitting everyone's mailboxes days ago, and with my receipt today from across the country mailing from transfer agents, it is clear that virtually every DCTC shareholder has received their notice, AND WE HAVEN'T SEEN AN APOLOGY FROM YOU. . After your ridiculous posts going off half cocked stating that DCI was going to skimp and save $$$ by forgoing the mailing of proxies and meeting notices I and others have been quietly awaiting your posts seeking forgiveness, for being, as you so aptly put it, an idiot. . Well we can see that isn't going to happen. Maybe from now on when you have something "to say" on S.I. you will say it in the Coffee Shop BBs and spare the DCI thread of your "wisdom". . Colin
