I'm assuming that was Medinah in a previous incarnation and Les &Co picked up the shell somehow. But the trail stops in Utah. IF mdin is within the securities laws, they are filing their annual reports somewhere else. As a footnote, an annual report simply lists the officers; companies MAY be exempt from filing financial info. It's not up to the company, however. sec.gov
