Possible delisting of MINE?

Greetings all. I just contacted my brokerage regarding MINE trading on the NASDAQ BB. The representative informed me that their firm received a wire stating that MINE has been delisted on the NADAQ BB(meaning no meaningful trading can take place?) Now it was reported that the SEC halted trading on MINE for 10 days. Does this mean that a halt in the trading of stock can mean a delisting and then a relisting? Is there anyone out there who can clarify this?
