Thanks, I stand corrected, of course it is eight days and I frankly don't know if I typoed or just had temporary brain fade <G>. Re: Cramer I understand your comments but to be honest with you I am expecting Seagate to make the target and perhaps surprise. They have had a very fine rebound on the high end. I have been averaging down since 28 so I may be guilty of wishful thinking here.

The expiration date is the last day an option exists. For listed stock options, this is the Saturday following the third Friday of the expiration month.

So if earnings are announced on July 14, there are 3 trading days to expiration, not 8.
