Where is the evidence this ever took place?

Well, Elmer this is not my lawsuit. But if I understood Bill correctly in his prior post to me that is what he said the suit was alleging. This is a mere allegation of course.

I seem to recall a few months back Jerry stating that their K6 speed grades were all > 200Mhz and they were selling some as 166Mhz to meet committments from OEM customers.

Intel has never agreed to such remarking problem but I recall that AMD's CEO boasted on this very subject.

I suspect that this could have severe impact on AMDs stock price as the damages could be in the $2.5Bn range.

(based on the atrributed CEO statements the odds of winning should seem to be close to certainty!).

I reccomend AMD stock holders and customers file this suit as this may be their highest probability of making a profit on AMD.

Class action anyone.
