Here is another way to look at things:

Men who have a heart attack shortly after taking their Viagra can not be given nitro as a part of the acute treatment protocol for heart attack victims. In other words men who are candidates for coronaries need to decide if Viagra is more important than being saved from a heart attack--apparently the FDA thinks so. Kind of sad that the FDA could not figure this simple scenario out and have Pfizer place such a warning on the label. It's kind of like putting the cart in front of the horse.
