CC,

I wasn't gonna stoop to your he said/she said game but it looks like fun and my buddies tell me you spent quite a bit of time on your pathetic response. Did you really submit a response and then go back to edit it and add more so you could respond to every sentence I wrote????? I know you are anal retentive but holy sh#$, I couldn't believe my ears when they called and told me!!!!

Let me see if I can play this correctly but before I do, I want to explain the rules of the game as spelled out by you over the years.

One must respond to each paragraph by copying the paragraph(or sentence) and then rebutting it. When rebutting, you must take the section you are rebutting completely out of context totally disregarding what the section was responding to in the first place. For example: If I write that it seems weird that the annual meeting hasn't been announced and Grupo reports that Murphy CALLED HIM TO ASK FOR A HEADCOUNT for a meeting that wasn't announced to the shareholders, a correct CC response would be to stop the charade and stop "posting outrageous accusations bordering on outright lies".

Everyone get it. I didn't think so, I don't even get it but it seems to make sense to CC so....

Here we go.....

"ernie, The question isn't where did *I* see it announced (read my message again) the more apropos question is why do YOU go around asking/saying why there ISN'T (WONT BE) AN ANNOUNCEMENT? "

Hmmmm, this is a toughie. CC has created a new rule here where not only can one take something out of context, we can now just outright change words around. I/me guess/conjecture that I/me will/shall respond/say to this one/that one, that CC is just being CC here.

"If you think IBM's annual meeting (as well as that most every other public company) comes as a BIG SHOCK the day they mail out the official notice, then you really belong in Mutual Funds and away from any place where experience counts."

Again, CC is a bit off on a tangent with the rules here. I am not sure what IBM has to do with DCTC's annual meeting but maybe this is CC's way of trying to insinuate that IBM will buy us out.(see my response is a classic CC response that has nothing to do with
anything he meant to talk about, I get double points here).

"I can't believe you actually ASKED a Company to clarify this! (g), but even WITH this clarification, I don't understand WHY you haven't gotten it through your head. The COMPANY makes the announcement, not S.I., not me, not the barber down the street from where you live."

Well, I will answer this will more seriousness. Don't some of you guys wonder if Grupo is affiliated with DCTC if Murphy CALLS HIM UP to ask him to be the wedding planner for the annual meeting. I guess this was CC's way of calling anyone who wondered that along with me an idiot but he only had to shoot the dart my way.

"You can go back to being everyone else's expert. No not everybody any longer. You burned your bridge long ago on that one, while your pithy friends take losses on your trips down OTC-BB lane.
As it happen those clowns taking their losses? I was in the box on the bid, taking all they wanted to let go, and I was still looking for more. Only pulled out of the box yesterday."

Well, here is a classic case of CC illiteracy. ELSE refers to folks other than one's self. So if I say go be everyone ELSE's expert that means all BUT me. So what would my burning a bridge have to do with anything. CC gets double points here as it is a classic CC response.
To boot, he throws in some ego points with his playing with his box but then blows the points with the idiotic comment on something he knows nothing of. My buddies that sold bought at .62 like I did way back, duh!!!!! In Peter Lynch terms, that is a 3 bagger.

I am not even going to try the last one, CC's game is boring. His response to this should be lengthy and exciting so let's all watch and see. Unfortunately, I won't be able to play as better things are lined up the rest of the weekend.

Good luck All! Looking forward to an exciting and prosperous summer.
