Thanks for your thoughts on reits. Now the big question is where is the future solid. I believe your take on the next growth industry in biotechs. Also I hear you saying you think commodities are close to their bottom. Any thoughts on other groups?

BTW, how do you like the yield on PD?<ggg>

MB-I was thinking about puts on an internet type index but when
I looked at the stock mix it wasn't a pure internet plus AMZN
type play. I assume buying AMZN near term puts and repurchasing
them upon expiration until AMZN goes down is the logical
approach???? The premiums as you know are high because alot of
people think it has to go down eventually. Also with the large
cap market so high is the S&P 500 put approach the way to go if
I wanted to buy some insurance for my long positions. Thanks for
your thoughts. Bob
