Yes,
I've been to 3 different HD stores recently and all the employees that I talked to about the company were very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the stock and the company direction. I like to ask employees of any business, "How's business", just to see how informed they are and maybe look into investing into their company. Home Depot employees made a big impression on me. I'm beginning to like Wal Mart too. Parking lot is full all day, everyday, and they are building many new super centers.

On the same note of talking to employees, when a shareholder visits a store and sees or hears something not good, you should speak up to the manager immediately. I have seen and heard things at my local HD and spoke to the store manager about the problems I've encountered.
