*CHARTS UPDATED* The Summation Index continues to improve. While the index has crossed all four MA's, I would like to see the 40 ma cross the 50 ma for what I consider final confirmation that the bull is intact. This may require some consolidation here before we get that condition in place. The Russell 2000 & ROC looks to me like a new buy signal may be in the offing. It should be watched. Remember, this is a weekly chart. I've added two charts this week that I'm looking for buy signal. *NVLS and SLI. Claud *I currently have no position in either of these 2 stocks. pw1.netcom.com
