To be exact, Mark, ex-CEO Cal Reed holds 382,740 shares as of June 5, 1998 per June 29, 1998 10-k. Plus options not exercised yet.

You have posted slanted alarmist information here. Please check before you post erroneous information.

Most of the trash talk takes place on the Yahoo thread. Maybe you should confine your alarmist comments to that thread and participate in more serious discussion here.

But please be a little more thoughtful..

Happy 4th.

Mark - <<forget the boilerplate already>>......you're the one that's hung up on that stuff, not me. And I HAVE read all the 10-K's for the past several years. So what? You talk about who's the CEO and what's the stock price and all sorts of nonsense that has nothing to do with the point I've tried to make. Why do you keep posting all this garbage ad infinitum anyway, nobody is asking to be saved by your self-styled wisdom. I think plenty of posters have made that perfectly clear by now.

Like so many other posters, especially on Yahoo, you all see nothing but failure as the future of this company. You have a right to your opinion, but I will never understand why you keep hanging around the threads of what you think is a failing company - I wouldn't spend a single minute posting about a company I had no faith in. What's the big attraction that has suddenly got you inundating all the threads with your sermons? Oh, hell, don't even answer, I'm really not interested.
