<The wire from SEC > I just checked with Yorton Securities in Calgary and they say that it was delisted on June 22, that is the only information that they have. Now frankly the order dated June 19 1998 from the SEC clearly states a temorary suspension. Yorton says they have a delisting notice effective June 22, iS this why the company (Golden Eagle) has been dancing around the issue of publicly releasing to shareholders what is going on from the company's perspective??? Yorkton asked me to call back Monday and they would confirm the correct status as everything is closed south of border. John, wishing management of this company would end their cone of silence.
