Dan, I may be late with this response as I am about 60 posts behind right now, but "who hired Terry" is something that is definitely pertinent. But I also will have more questions soon, all aimed directly at TT.

I have mixed emotions about this on the one hand it looks terrible. HOWEVER on the other hand it is my understanding that she has a substantial amount of money at stake, I believe she is probably remaining on the board to watch out for her interests. Remember also AMERICA the land of the NOT GUILTY until proven otherwise. For the time being she sits on the board and I accept that as a fact of life. Dan, I guess I am here until we see third party verification. Regards john
