Sorry about that crack earlier on this fine thread! Musta been the quayludes speakin...<g> I agree the system approach is preferable in many ways to the alpha male approach to national government. But there hasn't ever been a system invented that someone didn't figure out how to break. Not that it makes a systems approach worse for it. I think of it as controlled mayhem. In for four years, eight if you keep your nose clean, make all ya can cuz at the end all you're good for is founding a library, or building shelters for the homeless and a few million dollar speeches. And by the by, I agree Jerry does give a good speech, course so does Bill but that just speaks to my point. To give a short answer to the other part of your question, I dunno, guess someone will have to pony up a hundred dollar bill and drag it around to see what's what.<g>
