Why not have the shareholders run the company? Bet that Jim, John, I, and a couple of others who own successful businesses could probably do a better job than is currently being done. There is no real trick to running a business, but there is to running a successful one. And the main point in being successful is taking care of your clients (and in this case investor's). Anybody wanna volunteer to do this with me. Part time, we can probably do a better job than is being done full-time. This is not knocking Terry, as we do not know what his real position is, other than a title. Looks like he could use some competent help though. We could all work part time for SHARES!!! Have I hatched a workable plan?? Doug can be our SEC rep., Cytotek and Marianna for P.R. CIMA our on-site watcher for Gold and large insects. Probart and GC what do you want to do. If I left anyone out, please let me know what you can volunteer to do. Comments welcome on shareholder takeover. --GARY--
