Mike, we cannot be wrong about the fact that their SEC filings are late, that is a fact that cannot be disputed. As far as BB companies being given greater latitude on lateness, that is true, but the SEC still sees the filings as Late and does not like it. Again, not following the rules of the SEC game.

I believe the company might welcome our help and would voluntarily let us take over. The only real question in my mind is who wants to volunteer to be treasurer? --GARY--Watching U.S. Women's Open on TV because I can't get to Blackwolf Run 5 miles from my house because of traffic.
