"Riley VS Reece part 2"

Please somebody make it stop!

I think you guys should both get in your cars at sun up, and meet half
way, maybe in Atlantic City and duke it out. I am sure we will all be anxiously waiting to hear who won !! In the meantime maybe we can talk about GRNO.

For the last year everyone has been wondering when we might get a verdict from the SEC on our little company. Well like it or not we are now going to get it. The accusations by the SEC as briefly outlined in the Charleston paper, is nothing new . In fact , all of these issues were addressed in the companies Form 10 filling of last year. The only difference is now the courts are going to decide .

Bill C , O'Brian and Reece all still have large investments in the company . It's obvious Bill C believes in the viability of the company and the technology just by his persistence over the last year .

I, as an investor, also believe in the technology as well as the man behind it . I also believe that in time we will clear this hurdle also.

Happy 4th to all
BOB K

Riley,

You have been subpoenaed with regard to TVSI. You claim it is only for your trading records only, but hey.. y'know that what they asked me for when this first began.

And Riley, I'm not going to battle this out in a court of public opinion. That's what the courts are for.

But I will say one thing. I would gladly pay twice the amount that it alledged I recieved, in exchange for having 1/2 the money my wife and I put into this stock during the spring of 1997, AFTER the stock had reached its high. And we still have those shares.

So if I was part of some great scheme to pump and dump, I sure picked a pretty idiotic time to start buying GRNO shares, now didn't I??

But then again, you are foolish enough to believe everything that you read and hear. But then again (and I'm not a democrat), Webster Hubbell had massive tax evasion charges leveled against him. They were thrown out. So filing the charge, as you should know, does not mean anything more than it says. They are alledging something that will have to be reviewed and decided on in court.

Regards,

Ron
