In QP2, the scan function is: Date(DayNum). This gives the date when the conditions are true.

>>Been lurking and learning for a few months now. I'm running QP 1.1b and have a question regarding dates.
I want to run a backtesting scan that outputs the date of occurrence - something like this:<<

Quoteplus Version 1.1B has a date function.

However, I could never get it to work in a statement like
Println Symbol, Date( -15 ), Close( -15 )
When used like this Date(-15) would always cause my computer to freeze.

However, the Date function works just fine in this context.
Loop( -18, -18 )
Println Symbol, Date( 0 ), Close( 0 )

This will print the date and close 18 trading back.
