Someone corrected me on Yahoo saying there would be only 27M shares after the reverse split. I do not why I was under the impression that there were over 300M shares before the split.

Glad if I am wrong. If it is only 27M post split and a buy-out takes place at $10M plus we will all be ok.

A $10M buy out would give us a 37 cent share price. Add about 3 cents a share increase for every $1M in a higher buy out price over $10M assuming there even is a buy-out.
