Thanks Tom, Looks like you and me are the only shareholder's left!! I guess after the lawsuit, they'll have around +10 Million in usable working capital (26 M less AP and 9 M contribution to settlement). By the way, if the settlement's 11 M does that mean roughly $1/share for everybody or does everything end up going to the lawyers...? Never, actually stuck around through one of these things:-) Heard of any new plans from the place? Thanks in advance, edge
