I'm 100% certain. And don't expect Tonto to ever explain himself or answer direct questions. Doesn't happen, although he enjoys demanding it of others. Tonto still has not directly answered the question whether or not he spoke to Mr. Raabe or if it was Kugler. Not holding my breath. Either way he's constructed a pretty tangled web on the whole issue of the post and the conversation. Gonna be tough for him to "get out of"... And yes, a whole lot of fussin' going on.
