CIMA,

You bet me to the punch i was just about to post the link.

OTCbb Website @ otcbb.com

The OTC web site is a very informative read, the FAQ is the best place to start to get through the basic questions concerning this type of exchange.

Questions concerning OTCBB changes should be directed to : Shawna Johnson at (203) 375-9609

.....................

There are links to the NASD [National Association of Security Dealers] / NASDR [Regulations Center] / FIPs [The Fixed Income Pricing System] as well as NASDAQNEWS an excellent resource site for anyone who trades on these exchanges.

The NASD also offer a free email update service for the latest news and regulation changes as they happen. It well worth subscribing too.

Good Trading [investing] everyone,

Jay Kells

<The only proof offered is Canadian discount brokers who don't have a clue about GE reading 10 day old suspension notices.>

That is pretty much correct and I posted that earlier, at 2.30 Calgary time I checked with Yorkton Securities they only had a "delisting" of MINE issued on June 22, they had no information of anything else.

Thus Jay I am assuming it is the notice you posted. They told me to call back on Monday as they could obtain NO information today because of the holiday in the States.

The gentlemen that posted delisting of MINE as of yesterday was from Manitoba and it was his first post to this forum, I asked him when he got that information he said yesterday from Royal Bank discount brokerage, the brokerage I deal with is full service and only had the June 22 notice.

I have to agree with you Jay with regard to trading HOWEVER the market makers must guarantee that they have reviewed the companies financial status and they just CAN NOT do that with nothing current.

Frankly had this company filed on time and at least filed within 60 days of "on time" we would not be having this disscussion, it makes me damn mad that the so called management is negligent with regard to government filings.

However, I think everyone knows my opinion on that one.

With regard to the "pink" sheets, we will just not be able to watch the trading and I do not think the volume will be there.(i do not know though) Also the daytraders will not be there.

Sorry Cima referred to you as Jay --- oh well.
