Excellent post GC. You have explained in a few paragraphs what has not been explained as well in three pages. Yes, GC, MMs need to make up their short position, however small, but they cannot trade until they have all the financial information in the GE file that the SEC requires, No? If GE has not provided the financials, what is a poor shorted MM to do? The same thing the rest of us will do, sit there, without a MINE trade in sight. Maybe I am wrong about all of the financials needing to be brought up to date but I think I am right. Lucille told me very clearly, the trading date depends on whether the MMs file the proper paperwork and have their GE files in order. Hoping for a Tuesday of MINE trading in the near future - Colleen
