Stephen:

This is a deal where a public company bought a private comapny solely owned by CLCK's majority shareholders. The price is being determined by some sort of third party commitee. Once the price is determined then the number of shares will be determined by CLCK's price per share.
Baetz and Gallant cannot sell their shares of CLCK for a couple years so they cannot drive down the stock price and they are the only ones that would benefit from this low price.
I think the low price is the result of buying drying up instead of an increase of selling. It is in Baetz and Gallant's interest to get the price up because they own 85% of the company...even at the current prices, their percentage ownership would only be slightly better than that when the two company's merge.
This acquisition is great for the company. We will be happy.
