STATUS UPDATE FOR CIMA/CANGALLI TRIP:

To date Jim has received 10 cheques (all uncashed until a final decision to go is made) totalling $1000. The total for the airfare is $1519.39 US. The company is still supportive though has been too busy to make concrete arrangements for us in Bolivia at this point. Guido will not fly to the minesite according to Sabrina, as he considers it too dangerous. He prefers to take the overland route so we may elect to go with him which saves money as well. They have tentatively assigned another employee to us and he might be willing to fly. We'll make that decision when we have more info regarding flying conditions. This employee is currently on holidays until July 17th and is unaware of our plans at present. We would arrive the 18th. We have one week to pay for our reservations which were made yesterday when Jim and I were together working things out. It was very complicated as almost all flights were already booked and Jim needed to secure a seat using frequent flyer miles. There were free seats available but no paying seats or vice versa on many flights. The itinerary shapes up as follows:

Jim Bishop:

July 17 - 7:15 AM : Vancouver - Dallas
- 6:30PM : Dallas - Miami
- 11:30PM: Miami - La Paz - arrives 6:05 AM July 18

CIMA:

July 17 - 8:15AM : Calgary - Chicago
- 1:25PM : Chicago-Miami
- 7:00PM : Miami - Lima
July 18 - 2:10AM : Lima - La Paz - arrives 8:00 AM

Return : Jim and CIMA fly together

July 23 - 7:05AM : La Paz - Miami
- 6:40PM : Miami - Dallas
July 24 - 6:51PM : Dallas - Calgary/Vancouver

We are hoping to invite ourselves to Probart's ranch the night of the 23rd. Otherwise we can get a cheap motel and fly home early the morning of the 24th. We would also hope to meet anyone who's interested at any airport along the way for a coffee/drink.

Gerald Kerr had a great idea regarding press coverage for the trip. It is historic in that it is a first for shareholders mobilizing to this extent on the internet and funding this type of due diligence. The company also looks good supporting the effort and in general, more press is good for the company and us as shareholders. If we go we would propose a U.S. and Canadian press coordinator. The coordinators would issue releases through the internet to shareholders on this thread in different cities across both countries and the shareholders would get them to their local press. John has volunteered for the Canadian side and we would need a coordinator for the U.S. No releases would go out until we know we are going and GE is up and trading and has the 8K out.

Feedback anybody? Also, it's time to get the cheques in the mail. We'll return them uncashed if we don't go but it's at least 50/50 at this point.
