Another flexible post From: The Fix Thursday, Jul 31 1997 12:38AM ET Reply # of 6829 Tony P. Lucas is WSP's sugar daddy! Year's ago he bought 19% (I beleive) of the outstanding stock. The VSE must know who owns more than 4.5% of an outstanding stock. Lucas wanted on the board. His wish was granted. Lucas lives in New Zealand. His lawyers filled the papers, anytime there's a "T" not crossed, the papers get fired back. Think of the lawyers time used up to file the papers back and forth (This partionally explains the late filing charges). Tomato can vouch for the fact that lawyers love to put stuff on the backburner. Without Lucas there would be no WSP. The man is cashing in some chips folks. That's all. He's taking money off the table. Think if you had over 4.5 million Dollar$ tide up in a stock? Wouldn't you be nervouse and want your cash out when the company was starting to walk. It will be interesting to see if he exercises in the next year. Chris keep up the good posts. Your the only one on here that get's the facts straight. Why because you call the company. The FIX is in and buying more! Hang tight folks under the current market conditions, WSP has done really well. I'm excited about WSP's future. We have a Pipe! We have fancies! This is alot more than many diamond plays have. Comment: I seem to know who I am., the question who are you.? First you said you lived in Miami., then you moved to Canada.? More than likely a Canadian broker plays games here in the US. Maybe you ought to be the one investigated Pal., it seems your postings earmark. The recent e-mail forging of my name with an e-mail address at Yahoo.com., with an address in Calgary., bodes very negative at this time. You will be checked out further., I can guarantee the authorities are aware of the problem.
