Exactly. With Datek I found too much energy was being wasted on the mechanism rather than the actual trading. MB is totally different. 100% concentration on the trade.

First thing I learned is that the graphics components of RTIII are resource hogs. Best to put them on a page that you only look at once in awhile rather than have them up constantly. I'm also very new to Technical Analysis but RTIII sure seems to have a lot. One good thing it does is create 'wide' graphs that you can scroll left and right. For example, I was able to generate a 5 minute graph over 4 days. While I'm sure some of the pay graphics programs do that, none of the freebies on the web that I've found allow that. Also...double-check the 'fundamental' data Townsend provides. Some of its not 100% accurate. May be they don't update their databases very frequently.

Gimme a week and I'll 'expound' (!) on how the placing of trades goes. Me thinks I'm going to screw up a couple big time. Will trade in 200-300 share lots until I get comfortable w/things.

And, of course, I'm interested in hearing what you find. After all, isn't that the purpose of this forum?!
