Can't argue with you, I agree that there is a moral obligation to inform shareholders ASAP. But it isn't a legal requirement.

I think this 8K, which IMO will be out no later than Tuesday morning before the market opens, will be one hell of a read and answer most of our questions and no doubt create several new ones. That isn't an excuse for the chronic lateness regarding financials and the overdue release explaining this halt to shareholders.

At the same time, he's got to take advantage of the press coverage possibilities while he can.

Ya it would of been nice for TT to tell investors through news release that they were having meetings with SEC AND Guido was in town and the reason,instead of getting rumors and USA-Today to inform new and old investors.

Its good press for us but usually stock holders are informed first
of what is happening,and then parts of the news release is released to the press.

In Calgary the old * BRX * building I wonder if we can move are company head quarters there, it must be going cheap.

Should grab a lot of attention the company that found the real thing
takes over building of pretender.
