Elmer, I believe they mean PR 400. That mean it compares to a 400mhz AMD part, it is not intended to mean it compares to a 400mhz Intel part.

Yeah, Stockman mention something to that effect on an earlier post. Cyrix uses the name PR300, but the mhz is 266mhz. So things are not always as they seem. I may have to contact www.fraud.com

Elmer,
"I believe they mean PR 400. That mean it compares to a 400mhz
AMD part, it is not intended to mean it compares to a 400mhz
Intel part."

Let's see what happens when NSM gets the M-II on a "real" .25u process not just IBMs leftover .25u {aka .30u, 2.5volt). Right now 3 x 75 = 225=PR300 and 3 x 83=250=PR333. So what is the PR rating at 300 and 350 MHz. Way over PR400 on the later. Never the less, without a beefy FPU and no 3D-Now, the M-II is pretty much dead. Hard to get a premium for it. Great for anything other than games...which is fine for most of us, though.
