I may be missing something, but why
would an analyst miantain a buy rating on
a compnay trading at $114 at the time of the report if
the price target is $45?

As an electrical engineer, I have trained myself to detect the movement of electrons coming down the wire. Just wait for my signal, I will let you know within 20 minutes that the sellers have arrived. I would give you instant notice, but my quotes are 20 minutes delayed.:-)
