I suspect the recent rise in price is due more to the beginning of the quarter purchases by funds than to Clinton's China visit. Most of the trading Friday was in large blocks according to my broker. But I have to admit that the live debate on TV was a surprise.

What is your definition of "boffo"? You've got to be kidding or not inhaling the same stuff as Clinton. JLA

Although this thread sometimes looks like that Hollywood set at the end of Blazing Saddles where the action bleeds over from a separate conflict, I've noticed that it's the regulars like you and DragonFraud that start the sniping.

Your political comment on this thread about the "moralistic rightists" and butt-kissing of Clinton started this latest skirmish.

And what's truly amazing is how indignant the posters become here, as if some sacred territory had been breached. Come on guys, Loral is a political company with political ties that directly affect the stock price. And instead of ostracizing JLA, maybe you should blame the limousine liberals who tweak this thread.
