Roger Fullerton is the Company's PR guy and I did talk to him the last time a couple of days ago. I feel Roger is very sincere, but IMO he is not getting any information himself from the Company to pass onto the investor. He couldn't tell me about the financials and why they were late and he couldn't tell me anything about any of the so called on going merger talks (if any). Maybe someone else could give Roger a call and try 1-612-929-7243. I don't mind a Company not commenting on sensitive talks or not commenting because they can't legally, but their should be some indication to the investor THAT SOMETHING IS HAPPENING. We don't have to know what is, just that the Company is working towards some goal that could benefit the firm and the investor. Or at least tell us WHY we are being kept in the dark, and WHY financials are delinquent, etc. etc. As a stockholder, I feel I am a member of that family...and the way it looks now, I am a family member being ignored. If I make calls and inquiries about my investments I feel I should get some official assurance that things are being handled, maybe in silence, but at least know whatever is going on is toward my benefit and that of the other stockholders. Maybe good things are happening behind the scenes, but that's all I want to know ARE GOOD THINGS HAPPENING?????? All I see happening now is that the stock price is dripping away, one drop at a time....no stock updates and all we get is a delinquent notice. I JUST WANT TO KNOW IF MY SPECULATIVE INVESTMENT IS IN GOOD HANDS...WHETHER IT FAILS OR SUCCEEDS IS ANOTHER QUESTION ALTOGETHER. Chuckr
