Edit: My guess is that your capital gain would have been $16M. So you kept your basis of $4M, and did some form of "like-kind-exchange", in which you invest your capital gain in something similar to what it was in - this would explain the missing $16M. Close? Dwight, You did a nice job with the numbers. I have been watching Jerk at work daily's posts and found lots of number inconsistancys. I am suspect of the networth of Jerk at work daily as he claims it. Glenn
