I would like to see an SEC action against this man from manipulating the circumstances of this company for his own personal benefit. He has created a sitution where he wins with Class B shares. He wins with a huge Reg S. Investors lose with share price, not once but many times. Wake Up! This guy is laughing in you face. He has a history of this kind of blantant disregard for the fiduciary responsibility he has to shareholders and should be removed and not be allowed to be an officer or director of a public company again as well as being berred from any penny stock offering. This man/company destroys the net worth of investors. I am standing up and want to be counted. Let him do it now and you will help him sell by buying more and he will ram it down investors throughts in another years with a third reverse. Look at all the pending SEC ruling that are coming down in the next two years -- it all focuses in this kind of scam! JMHO
