Pete, I think MSFT, once they get the anti-trust monkey off their back, has plans to turn Oracle into the next Novell/Apple/Netscape. The margins are too high for a company in a competitive business and they are and will continue to decline. That being said, the stock is "only" at 30 times earnings, they could surprise with better than expected eps due to some accounting scams, and this is one the herd loves if it shows any sign of life. I would play it using in the money calls in a 90/10 program. That way you get nearly all the upside of a bounce and much less downside if the MSFT predator slashes their throat any time soon.
