You shorts sing the same old tune. You NEVER mention Hankuk or the impending product. You can't handle that we are in touch with the people at MSC who are going to be making the film. This is 1998 and you are bringing up (and OUT OF CONTEXT) matters that have NO effect on REFR SPD products coming out next year.

Yes I'm sure Gentex is doing well. So were the buggy manufacturers before Henry Ford, so was IBM before Microsoft.

Tell you something new. Ok

1) The suppliers for SPD material are now in place.

2) UV treatment which allows material to dry in seconds vs. minutes greatly reducing costs is available and patented!

3) Hankuk has their own film supplier which will service their plant as they make product.

4) At next glass show Hankuk will be participating in they will NOT be showing PROTOTYPES they will be TAKING ORDERS FOR SPD PRODUCTS!

5) In less than 90 days commercial size batches of SPD "goop" (never before available except in lab size quantities) will be delivered to licensees for test runs to be followed by commercial runs.

6) We now have a "black particle" which is important for Flat Panel Display development. (this will be the next frontier now that glass is done)

[There's much more but I have a picnic to go to.]

Your "complaints" about "losing money" are ridiculous! What are the earnings for LGOV? Not one long term investor expects this company to make a dime until royalties begin. That should be shortly (45 days after delivery) following the product--which will be out in less than 12 months.

I'll bet that scares you guys since your potential losses on 400,000 shares could be astronomical. You've got to hit hard while this stock is still unknown to the investment community! No one is selling. We' ve had days last two weeks where ONLY 4800, and 9600 shares traded ALL DAY. NO ONE IS SELLING. You are shorting at ridiculously low prices because you hope to force AT LEAST some margin selling!!!

I'd be happy to talk to Pat about you and your group of long term investors. What are the names and we'll be happy to check out your claims.

You try to focus everyone on the stock price because you can keep hitting it (like the last few minutes on Thursday) and since we are staying at or below the bid, the price won't move up. Your shares are being picked up by smart investors who KNOW that you HAVE to get rid of any buying. That's why we get shares at these prices. We're in no hurry to bid up the stock. We've got many more who want to get aboard and these prices are just fine with them!!!

You say you've read all the posts on Yahoo and yet your original note comes on like you were "surprised" to see REFR mentioned on a thread and you were wondering if we thought product was coming. Well that's ALL we've talked about on Yahoo!!!! Who do you think you're fooling?
And who takes their computer in on a holiday? Where do you live that they say, "Sure, Fred bring that baby in on the fourth of July. We're open on Christmas too!" Face it, you just need an excuse to buy some time so you can figure out what your next attack should be and check with your cronies because none of the old ones work anymore.

Some posts from Fred g, someone who wants you to believe "he knows REFR." Just click on his name and check them out for yourself.

Fred's quote re LGOV from the "China Investing for the Next Millenium" thread:
<<My friends have been buying the stock on all the dips but unfortunately none of my friends sold on the last big run up. >>

Fred's quote from the "REFR" thread:
<<My friend and I sold in May 1998 the stock at .65cents that right put on your glass .65cent for a very nice profit. Bought it back at .18cent three weeks ago.>>

I rest my case.

He's a short and they are NERVOUS ---Wonder why!!!
