Check QPI and IOMEGA in the SEC files for conclusions to similar activities. Should be interesting. Both were posted here previously.
The SEC search site also has them (of course). Takes years for conclusions at times.

anyone, you are reading too much into my not responding at once. I just gave you my response. I have not been reading this thread as religiously as you may want me too. I am just trying to keep up with the development. My interest is really in finding out the SEC position on either shorts or longs using the internet to, in essence "influence" the price of a publicly traded issue. Organizing a "cartel", coordinated buying or selling are in my opinion "collusions", and collusion to influence the price of a stock is illegal. Sooner or later, I hope that the SEC will provide some guidelines. In the last week I said buy (Tora, Tora, Tora) on these SI threads on a number of issues (CYMI, SIII) that I believe might be ready to participate in the summer rally. Can this be construed as "collusion". I think that the SEC should clarify this as soon as possible.
