Morning Bruce, Your thoughts seem to mirror those of Tom regarding this sector and the oil sector. Both are nearing the point of reversing and some of these issues momentums have just turned positive. Those with a positive RS in X's and above the trend line BSL that have pulled back to support offer a good risk to reward ratio.

Thanks for the nice write up.

Have a Great 4th,

Preston

Hi Bruce, thanks for your comments on the oil service sector. Very timely since I've been looking at this group for a trade. Friday saw this group make a move to the upside and don't know if its a buy yet. As you know,this sector has a high bata so it could be very profitable.

When I asked Steve at DWA to run the recent worst performing funds with strong long term records the results were interesting. Two of the current dogs were;

1) Fidelity Select Energy Service
2) One of the Real Estate funds

Add to these two a list of small caps funds and it makes for interesting ideas for trading for sector funds or strong performing stocks held by those funds when the sectors turn.

With best regards and thanks again for your insightful posts.You can get a complete education just following this site can't you.
