You all rag on Mr. Maerz and the company and the letter, all you want. Both this board and the AOL board jumped on it with all fours, like they always do! Here is the letter I posted on aol, you may not know the screen names, but you might get an idea where some of the letter came from. Have a "Happy Fourth of July" everyone!

Well, how does one straighten out this mess. The letter and it's good intentions has, once again, been torn to shreds. If you don't look at it as a heartfelt letter from Mr. Maerz, trying to reflect that there have been some battles won and struggles we don't even know about, that have been crossed, then you are missing the point of the whole letter. Months ago, The Ducks, talked about one of their friends that sold
shares to pay for his child's college. Muscle talked about paying cash for his house, maybe not with MSHE money, but it was mentioned on this bulletin board. Mr. Maerz, and all, have been working diligently trying to do everything they can to make this company succeed. In the interim, Mr. Marez has probably caught some of the messages on the boards and thought that it was great that the company he is working so hard to make work, is, at the same
time, maybe fulfilling someone's financial dreams, too. Those of us that haven't been buying in and out of MSHE, were offended by those statements. But, we had the right to do so, if that had been our investment strategy. There are some very strong longs that have held, and averaged down, and been tense over their paper loss, me inclusive. In a business sense, the questions need to be addressed which the shareholders have asked, like actual
revenues realized from the show and CD promotion, the current status of the AGE merger, we need something to sink our teeth into that we are not fools sitting out here, for investing our money in MSHE. The paragraph about the "acquiring company's stock falls......yada, yada, yada," was Maerz's idea of why he thinks the stock is trading as low as it is. Why else would he then say: >>As a shareholder you are in a position to take advantage of a
languishing price if you desire.<< We have had such high hopes for the stock to, once again, take off, that we are blinded by the fact that it takes time to get this stuff put in place. I just see this letter as a "Thank You" to the investors from everyone at MSHE for standing firm with them as they continue their quest to build this Entertainment Company, and that is all I'm going to read into it! One thing is for sure, Public Relations is a very
important part of the communications that a company has with all parties concerned. Whether it be with potential alliances, current or potential investors, publications, or anything that reflects the image of the company, the professional critiquing of a competent PR department would go a long way to alleviate pitfalls from well meaning gestures or grammatical or factual information being disseminated. IMHO, again!
