It is the "private corporation" investors that I was pleased to see you mention in your post. That's just one more part of the puzzle that needs to be put together. I for one, do not want to attempt to "lay claim" to a patent that others also invested in, the same as many Midland Shareholders did....(do onto others...) As long as an individual shareholders "hands are clean" in this matter I believe all those that have money, time and energy in this idea should join together in a common goal. You are in contact with them and you have posted your opinion on this matter.....I believe that it was something that needed to be said and I thank you for bringing it up. It's never too soon to begin looking down the road for possibilities to resolve this in the most advantageous way for all involved....no matter where that road may take us. It's also a subject that the Midland Board and attorneys will need to know that we want to pursue. Maybe everyone doesn't agree...I don't know. But, these are my thoughts at this time....but then I don't know the whole story.
