Jim,

The MXi, although capable of having a PR rating (it will run faster than an equivalent chip at the same clock-speed), will not be branded with a PR rating. In addition I have been lead to believe that speed at intro has been raised to 400Mhz for this part, but it is still early.

A 400Mhz MXi should run as if it were a PII-450-500Mhz, but Cyrix is going to let it run faster and "show off" the numbers (they will sell as 400, but a "Fast" 400).
