Their online store is not their only problem. I was in one of their superstores yesterday, and at least half of their CD demo players weren't working. It was infuriating. John, There are no superstores for BGP in my area. I would be frustrated as are you. Merrill Lynch has a strong buy on BGP last I recall. The net experience shows BKS to be far more organized. The BKS superstore here is also well run. I am not sure what the problem is with the management of BGP in their superstores. The web site can be explained because it is not finished ready which they readily admit. Glenn
