anyone, thank, I found it:

By the way, to raise the desired $250,000 they need the owners of 1,000,000 shares to buy the new issue, that is quite a large percentage of the existing issue is it not? It would have been nice if they indicated how much of RMIL will the new "acquired" company get, is it 50%, 90%. That is important since in deciding the value of the future stock that dilution must be added to the current number of shares plus the million shares issued for the $250,000. Finally, Morgan would have had a better chance raising these funds if he attached to these shares a warrant for (one two years?) to acquire an additional share at the same price (JMHO).

PS what is the business Morgan has been in for the last 30 years, the same as OVIS (I believe it was the "rags" or garment business). Is that the business the current holders want to be in?
