Thank you for posting an excellent article.

People are not aware of the current statistical technology currently in use at AMZN "one-to-one marketing oriented" web site. Once again, cult book "Net Gain" from John Hagel at McKinsey explains it all.

I bought three books on AMZN last week, one of them being a gift in the US.

Just my two cents,

MiB (Long at $48, missing stupidly last year AMZN's first run ($16 split adjusted) by a bad pick of EGRP, who was at $30 and remains at $22... - I forgot : EGRP actually MAKES money !!!)
