Gary, the yahoo insider trades are not up to date, because the Stocksite link shows two 144s since then. One on the 19th and one on the 25th. In addition, we should remember that by the time a 144 is filed, the trades may already have gone through. As far as I know, there is no SEC rule which prevents insiders from dumping whenever they want to. They simply are supposed to report such trades by the 10th of the month following the trade, if I recall correctly. But it should be noted that there is evidently no penalty for filing late, and in fact many insiders routinely file 144s 20 to 30 days late.
