Re: Special Warrants

It's my understanding that buyers paid the full $21.25 for each warrant, and that no further consideration is payable to convert the warrants into shares. So obviously they will all be converted.

There are regulations of some kind that say a prospectus is required before the company can issue new shares... (perhaps someone more knowledgeable can explain?) So warrants are used to lock in the deal, convertible to shares once the prospectus is approved by the regulatory authorities.

So these shares have already been bought and paid for, it is just a technicality now to convert the warrants into shares.

I listened in on the conference call...there will be volality from quarter to quarter...it's a great company and I have sold now with the intention of buying in again sometime before the next runup to the 4th quarter (June/99)...you have to view this company's consistent growth on an annual basis, not quarterly. In the meantime, I'm buying Hummingbird...it's getting ready to explode, in spite of the short activity. I called the company and was relieved to find out Asia was not a concern....they have good cash flow and are shopping for a major acquisition. I suspect this will be announced shortly after their earnings report this month.
