If bow I must, then bow I will. Market value for book value mis-speak. Glad to see you caught it, as my profession ain't one involving financial issues!! Note to all: when whooping it up in vacation mode I council folks to stay away from the threads! ;-) As for the preferred being so much paper. Well......BINGO.....you're right on the money(no pun intended) with THAT cogent interpretation of the obvious, too!! HEH! And I believe I've got paper from a variety of companies in my safe to validate it, as well. But I'm still gonna have to admit to being intrigued by the possible uses of those available preferred shares. Kind'a leads to all kinds of uses, no? Regards! John~
