A couple of years back, I saw an article in the newspaper that the Post Office had hired some psychologists to do evaluations on employees to try and figure out who might go on a killing spree if they were fired.

They paid money for this study. My question at the time was: if they figured out who would go on a killing spree if they were fired, and then fired them, what then?
