Legal Beast, Below is a very disappointing response I received concerning when AWS would be up and running: "Subj: Re: Access Wall Street Date: 98-07-04 14:11:51 EDT From: Panam02 To: WLCNYC Several serious problems arose with the Web Site. One is that Wall Street Access has threated to file suit if we put ths ssite up as Access Wall Street. We are trying to resolve the probled without a legal battle. Secondly, the programmers who promissed a professional web site be last Tuesday suddenly claimed it was far more complex than they had originally anticipated and wanted substantially more money to complete the project. We have brought in another firm to consult with them to determine if we can resolve the problems or if we have to take legal action. In any evern, we are moving forward and will have the site up shortly" Bill
