I don't believe there is any evidence supporting that statement. If it were true, Viagra would have been pulled by now. In fact, if that statement was true, Viagra would have never been approved by the FDA. The inhibition of PDE6 was well known about prior to FDA review and approval.

No Tuna you are wrong. Sildenafil is more selective for PDE6 - see Pfizer web site.
